  • Weekly in-person, strength training with friends, for the month. (cost covers 4 sessions. $165/5 sessions)

  • Learning the proper form of foundational lifts and restorative stretching.

  • Includes lavender towels for cool-downs

  • 2-3 ppl is semi-private at $75/session pp

Basic 1:1 Training

$100

  • $100/session. Monthly payment. (4-5 sessions must be paid for ahead of time)

  • 2x/week: $90/session

  • 3x/week: $80/session

  • Personalized workout programming, including an online workout calendar to follow.

  • Brief weekly check-ins & encouragement, progress tracking

  • Priority scheduling for recurring clients!

In-home 1:1 Training

$130

  • $130/session. Monthly payment. (4-5 sessions must be paid for ahead of time)

  • 2x/week: $120/session

  • 3x/week: $110/session

  • 10 pack $1000 for 10 sessions.
