Join me as I lead you in some strength exercises, and stretch you into a time of stillness…All right on your mat! This faith based workout will embrace the contrast between “give” and “receive”, “work” and “rest”, “do” and “be”. We will end with refreshing lavender & eucalyptus towels and biblical meditation.

Summer boot camp

Kids have all the summer camps you could think of, but what about us women?! Join me as I lead you through a series of weekly strength exercises that will train you for life so that you can feel better in your body, gain more stamina and stability, and become more flexible. We’ll include exercises that help prevent injury and make you physically ready to do life with great vibrancy!! …and there’s always a FUN factor :) Can’t wait to sweat with you!!
